Serenata - Grand Garden Villa

Serenata is a luxurious private villa, located 200 meters from the beach of Ai-Helis, in Kefalonia. The location itself makes the property exclusive, since it provides great view.. Villa Armonia is 250m² with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms nicely placed on 2 storeys. Ground Level: Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor dining table, the garden, the BBQ terrace and the common swimming pool. Also houses one of the 4 bedrooms of the villas equipped with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. On this level there is also a WC for guests. Bedroom level: A staircase in the living room leads on the second floor that features the master bedroom with a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom with berths. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Ai Helis Absolute Villas consists of 3 luxurious villas with swimming pools and BBQ. Blue. It is situates in southwest Kefalonia (in Ai-Helis), only 9 km from Argostoli (the Capital). Right on the beautiful sandy beach of Ai Helis that has turquoise water.

The villas are built in the philosophy and architecture of traditional Kefalonia but with a modern twist. The surrounding of the villas celebrates the local nature and offer serenity and harmony.

Derived from the Greek vocabulary the names of the villas (Armonia, Serenata, Melodia) are cerefully selected in order to honor and fuse tradition in a modern world. They might be words of Greek origin, but they are not strange to most vocabularies.
